How it works

1. We source & recondition

Every machine we grade A–C is inspected and reconditioned in-house by our own engineers — cleaned, serviced, fitted with new batteries and safety-checked, with worn parts replaced as needed. (Occasional spares-or-repair units are the exception — see grading below.)

2. We grade it honestly

We grade every machine on a clear scale so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy:

• Grade A · Showroom condition — like new, barely a mark on it.
• Grade A- · Excellent — like new, with just a few minor cosmetic marks.
• Grade B · Good — clear signs of use, mechanically sound.
• Grade C · Well used — honest, heavily-used condition at a lower price.

Occasionally we list a unit for spares or repair (Grade U) — always clearly marked as such.

3. You buy with cover

Every graded (A–C) machine comes with a 3-month warranty — free 12-month Premier Care upgrade at checkout — and 14-day 14-day returns as standard. Pay securely by card. Spares-or-repair (Grade U) units are sold as seen.

4. We deliver & set up

Free delivery across mainland UK as standard — or add engineer delivery, assembled, demonstrated and set up, for £149. Prefer to collect? Reserve online and collect by appointment.
