The Excel Galaxy II from Van Os Medical is a large road scooter with a top speed of 8 mph, so it is a Class 3 vehicle. Is it the same as the original Galaxy?
No. Van Os developed the Galaxy II later, from the original Galaxy and the Galaxy Plus, with a completely new look.
