How fast does the Vita S go?
Up to 8 mph (12 km/h). It is a Class 3 road scooter, so on pavements it must be set to 4 mph.
How far will it go on a charge?
Up to 25 miles on the standard 50Ah batteries, or up to 30 miles on the long-range 75Ah batteries (Motability Scheme listing; TGA's page says 25 or 34 miles). These are the published figures; hills, the rider's weight, cold weather and older batteries all shorten them. Each listing says which batteries that scooter has.
What is the maximum user weight?

Can it go in a car?
No. It is 152 cm long and weighs 134 kg. The seat lifts off to make it lower, but it needs a van with a ramp. Most owners keep it in a garage or shed.
Is it the same as the other Vita scooters?
No. The Vita S is a different model from the Vita E, Vita X and Vita Lite, so check the badge.
