How does the Mirage fold?
By hand, without tools. The tiller folds down and the seat folds down, and the maker says it takes about 30 seconds. Folded, it measures 1000 × 450 × 420 mm.
How heavy is it to lift into a car?
It lifts in one piece. It weighs 14.7 kg without the battery and 16.45 kg with it. Take the battery out first to make it lighter. The manual suggests two people lift it, one at each end.
How far will it go on a charge?
Up to 10 miles on the 10Ah battery, or up to 20 miles on the 20Ah Endurance battery. Those are the maker's figures; the rider's weight and the ground shorten them.
What is the maximum user weight, and can it climb hills?
125 kg (19.5 st). Slopes depend on the rider's weight: the manual's chart gives 0 degrees at 125 kg, so near the top weight limit it is meant for level ground only. It gives 2 degrees at 115 kg, 4 degrees at 80 kg and 6 degrees at 52 kg, the maximum in its specification table.
How is it charged?
With a 2A lithium charger. Lift the battery box out and charge it indoors, or plug in at the socket on the tiller.
