How fast and how far does the Illusion go?

Up to 4 mph. The range depends on the battery: up to 10 miles (16 km) on the standard 10Ah battery, or up to 20 miles (32 km) on the larger Endurance battery. Those are the maker's figures, and it says the rider's weight and the ground affect them. The maker gives no separate figure for the 34Ah Epic battery.

What is the maximum user weight?

115 kg (18 st), as the maker's later papers give it. One Rehab's 2019 manual said 125 kg; this page goes by the lower figure. Near that limit it is not for hills: the 2024 manual's slope chart gives only 0 to 2 degrees at 115 kg.

How do I get it into a car?

It comes apart without tools into five pieces: the basket, the front section, the rear section, the seat and the battery box. The heaviest piece weighs 9.9 kg. The manual says you may need help to lift some of the pieces.

How is it charged?

With a 2A lithium charger. You can lift the battery box out and charge it indoors, or leave it on the scooter and plug in at the socket on the tiller.

What are the Illusion Endurance and Illusion Epic?

The same scooter with a bigger battery. The Endurance had a twin 10Ah pack on early scooters and a 21Ah battery later, and goes up to 20 miles. The Epic has a 34Ah battery.
