Before you buy a used Agility
How fast does the Agility go?
Up to 8 mph on the road. A High/Low switch limits it to 4 mph, for pavements and busy places.
How far will it go on a charge?
Up to 25 miles (40 km) is Kymco's figure, from its two 12V 50Ah batteries. The distance you get depends on things like the rider's weight, hills, the weather and the age of the batteries.
What is the maximum user weight?
165 kg, or 26 stone.
How is it charged?
With an off-board 5A charger that plugs into a socket in the centre of the tiller. Kymco suggests 8 to 12 hours for a full charge.
What can it climb?
Slopes up to 12 degrees. Kymco advises not taking kerbs higher than 5 cm (2 inches).
Can it go in a car?
It weighs 107 kg with its batteries. The seat and batteries lift out, and the heaviest part is 26.1 kg, but it is a road scooter rather than a boot scooter.
